But still I don't really get your point - now you said something about periodic breathing causing desats. That is all true - but what is the point regarding AHI?
If you have heart-conditions you should get that checked out and not just hook up to the next best CPAP and monitor the AHI. Maybe it is time to see some actual doctors?
I don't know about your country - in my country before even ASV is considered your heart has to be checked out - so there is no chance at all, that such kind of serious problems are missed. (And as far as I understand ResMed pretty much demands just that nowadays.)

As far as I understand you have an ASV - your last mumbling about periodic breathing makes no real sense. Is you machine broken or did you mess up the settings so much, that it can't no longer do its job? Or how do you see such breathing patterns?
If I'm not mistaken your machine should target a certain ventilation as well - maybe you should finetune your breathing times a little bit, if the machine only helps you after 9 seconds?

(Please keep it to yourself, that you never actually said "periodic breathing" - if it quaks like a pig and stinks like a pig it is unlikely it will be a swan.)

Really: do get yourself a real doctor - as in medical degree not just as part of the name. Or at least do not go to thrid-world countries for medical check-ups - what you save in $ costs YOUR health.
