Based on information I got on this forum about 10 years ago, I got some 2 inch waterproof medical tape, and I tape my mouth shut. The chin strap didn't work because my jaw wasn't dropping open. It was the cpap pressure that was blowing my lips open. I'm a little leery of using a mouthpiece *for me* because I've had issues with a mouthpiece that ruined my bite.

This is what I use, so you can have a full "mouth mask" and nasal pillows. The pressure equalization (both inside the mouth and outside the mouth tends to eliminate mouth leak (just think about a business building where there is a good seal... everytime you open the door even a little bit the air shoots out. ) so it has helped me. I can't seem to use a normal full face mask because it constantly leaks into my eyes. Someone else also mentioned the tappap as a solution to this problem... it's nasal pillows attached to a mouth guard, if you can handle the mouth guard it has the benefit of not having any straps! I guess taping works for some, maybe if I used duct tape but the other taps don't seem to work for me. also just a plain sports mouth guard is used by some. It didn't work for me because I'm sensitive to soft silicone and it makes me drool like crazy.
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"

you could leave your mouth open and put a tennis ball inside to block air escaping
I am sure you have claimed that you only attack when attacked, i.e. tit for tat. Where is the attack?

you just did it again ASSuming i attacked somebody

just cause you cant think logically or out of the box does not mean anyone else is wrong

I attacked nobody FIRST
you have been a bully since day 1 and are at it again
If suggesting someone stuff a tennis ball in their mouth isn't stupid, specious, and potentially very harmful (considering you seem to expect others to take the suggestion seriously) what would you call it if not an attack? Perhaps you have found ball gags too tame.

"dont be a jerk like tasmart

amess has a very big mouth

and nobody but her would even consider that as anything but a joke"

Just how big is Amess's mouth? ANd you know that how?

I consider telling someone you consider to have a big mouth to stuff a tennis ball in it to stop a serious problem with mouth breathing an attack. So do others. xxyzx has been so insulting and vulgar on this forum there is no way to determine his jokes from his sincere statements. Like when he suggested that all the libtards need to be killed, as he was calling most of the forum libtards - then he validated that statement. If that is xxyzx's idea of a joke his sense of humor is deeply warped and sick.

you are the one with real problems that are very big
get a life

i am not insulting nor vulgar
but i will repond in kind to ]libtard bully assholes like you[/b
when you dont want my responses then start leaving me alone

the only one warped and sick is you
and i dont mean apnea
you need a good shrink to fix your problems

I don't know about where you are from, but where I live to call someone a libtard bully asshole is both vulgar and insulting.

funny, I have not posted anything vulgar or insulting, all I do is point out the errors, omissions, and incorrect things that xxyzx posts. Want to quote some vulgar things I posted? I have shown yours.

======

you ARE vulgar and disgusting

you pointed out NO errors
you lie and twist what i said to have something to whine about

you seriously need professional help

if you posted any so called corrections you would put that in the discussion
not aim insults at me with yuor so called corrections
And I have indeed done exactly that. When I am wrong I admit it, you, on the other hand, go off with name calling, vulgar insults, and blinded eyes and the refusal to admit you were wrong or poorly expressed yourself.

I have never lied about what you have said. I have pointed out the cruel nature of your comments, your inability to clearly express yourself. Since I have no idea how a "libtard bully" acts, I will leave that to you to describe, although I doubt you can.
Calling me is a douchebag is vile and disgusting.

You keep on posting to me, how am I stalking you? It is your own misinterpretation of tit for tat that is getting you in trouble.
