Resmed wants me to switch to the S10. According to the specifications it is 255 x 150 x 116 mm, about twice as big as the S8. And the power supply adds to the size.

The 255mm dimension includes the humidifier. If you do not use a humidifier then the width is about 200mm with Resmed's Side Cover installed. The S8 shown is the Compact, but the dimensions are the same as for the S8 Autoset Vantage and Autoset II (I will guess you have one of those machines). The S8 dimensions are 164 x 145 x 112, so the newer A10 is about 40% larger. Add the A10 power supply and the overall dimensions are even larger. Also, the A10 plus the power supply weighs more than the S8.
