Re: AirSense 10 Autoset for Her going back to Online company
Ok, so the internet company received my brand new AirSense 10 Autoset and they are messing around with the settings (against) what my doctor ordered. They insist I need the Ramp on and on my S-9 it has always been off for me and comfortable. Anyways they told me on the Air Sense 10 Autoset there is a setting "near" the EPR that says Standard or "soft" and they are going to change that to the "soft" setting which has to do with "softer" breathing. Does anyone know what the "soft" setting is? Or are they pulling my leg? They said the S-9 machine does not have that. I keep my S-9 on an EPR of 3 and on a 3 on the AirSense I can't catch my breath so they are going to change the setting to "soft." They want me to take a photo of my settings on the S-9 and send it in to them. They are exactly the same settings except for this "soft" setting they insist is on the Air Sense machine. Does anyone know what that is?
