Trying to hook up sleepoyhead

BUT--distance from computer seems to be an issue. Has anyone dealt with this?

I set closer to the computer so I can reach the keyboard...

As usual, you're not making sense. What does the physical distance have anytihng to do with it?

Your computer does not have a wireless link to your PAP device - you will need to use an SD card to collect the data from your sleep then use an SD card reader for your computer to download the data from the card to sleepyhead.

You have two choices. Remove your SD card from your machine and take it to your computer to read it, or install a Flash Air card in your machine and read the data over your in-home wifi system. I have Flash Air cards installed in both of our machines, and the only time they are removed from the machines is when we have doctor appointments and they read the data on the cards.

If you can't use a SD card, Do you Really think she could get a Flash Air Card To work, ponder that for a while......... Jim

you are still not informed

i dont need informing because i know
i put SH on my laptop
and carry the sd card from the resmed to my pc
where i stick it in an adapter to read on the pc
so no distance problem at all

if you cant do that you wont get a wireless sd card to work
because it is too far from your pc for your wifi to work
Now, open the laptop up, turn it on, and install Sleephead, then it will run. Jim

On another forum someone posted this, a small program to use a wireless SD
card to inport data into SleepyHead. I haven't done it so don't know how hard
it is to set up or how well it works let alone how many feet a wireless SD card
will transmit.
