Thanks Jane! I was kind of proud of myself for making it through the whole night ... I do think I woke less often, but still woke up several times ... but it IS something to get used to, so I wasn't too discouraged. BUT ... tonight I don't know how I will do ... I am having a relapse of a cold ... so my nose is a bit sore from blowing and rubbing !!! I got some medication that is finally starting to clear it up, but I am not feeling too confident that I can wear the mask tonight. Maybe I'll try and see how it feels?? I am not stuffed up so I can breathe through my nose ... but it's runny as all heck
I am so glad I found this forum. Everyone seems nice, and very helpful. Oh ... I DID get some of that nasal gel when I went to get my cold medicine this morning.
So we shall see how the progress goes.
