Are you wanting to be using your insurance to pay instead of you paying?
Or all of it you will be paying for out of pocket without any insurance being involved?

The host of this forum is cpap.com. They are as reasonable as any other on line vendor.

And a whole bunch more honest. Jim

You may want to check with any online vendor you choose.
More & more of them have caved to the bureaucrats & are now collecting sales tax.

Even if you buy out of state, you owe the tax to your state, unless you are a crook.

"I" knew that.

But, I don't think cnl390 was planning on complying

Just pay the sales tax, and join the legions of tax protesters.

Sales of medical devices and supplies are tax exempt (AFAIK) in Texas. See: https://www.salestaxhandbook.com/texas/ ... d-services

That is true.
But here, the tax exemption is different for the state, the county, & the city
Each one decides whether to exempt at all & to what extent.

But, even if they are exempt in Texas, they may not be exempt where he lives.
Sales taxes are charged where you live if they are shipped to you.
Texas exemption would only apply if he purchased them in Texas.

Here in Indiana, state taxes are charged by the business if they have a presence in the receiving state. Jim

Most of my orders are to NewEgg, bummer, they put something in Indiana, free shipping evens it out.

That used to be true, but no longer applies in "most" cases.

i.e. Amazon & Quill (& many others) will charge you sales taxes even they do not have a presence (nexus) where you live.

Now that the big boys have caved in to the sales tax collectors, the rest will have to follow suit.

I live in San Antonio. I haven't ever paid taxes. I just checked with there chat person. They don't charge taxes.
A lot of States don't charge taxes on medical supplies.
