Every time I click on the A.W.A.K.E. Link it gives me a Map of the United States.
Is there something wrong?

Great Resource.
In my area, I noticed that some of the MD's listed were nothing more than internists. Do they qualify as "Sleep Specialists"?
I was under the impression that one had to be a Neurologist or Pulmonologist or ENT to be categorized as a Sleep Specialist.
Any thoughts out there?

I can't believe this website used University Services in PA for their "Intro to a Sleep Lab Video." This lab uses unregistered techs to score their sleep studies, many of whom haven't even been in the Polysomnography field for a year yet. How much knowledge can these techs possibly have to score sleep studies. The tech in the video is using a Tiara mask with Respironics head gear, this is hardly recommended by the mask's manufacturer. The video also shows improper placement of the leg electrodes, they should be placed on the anterior tibialis muscle for the proper diagnosis of RLS and PLMD. I am utterly appalled by the choice of this sleep lab for your video and very disappointed.

Greetings "Intro to the Sleep Lab" Guest,

I think you've confused our video with another. We used an Texas Sleep Lab.

Cheers,
Johnny
