HAS ANYONE HAD AN ISSUE WITH MACHINE SHUTTING DOWN AT NIGHT, ONLY TO CALL AND BE TOLD TO CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?

For heaven's sake - at least give some useful info, like what machine (model #), where you live, who did you call (DME, mgfr, etc), etc.

And why not just drop a line here telling what happened - there's always someone around... it may have been as simple as your having inadvertently hit 'auto' when doing settings and programming the machine to go off after x # of hrs... Or, possibly unplugging the machine and then re-plugging often works. There are a ton of things that could be involved and while of course many people have had that happen to them, the answers are all different and whether or not they got instant help (overnight) from wherever will not help you necessarily. But we'd like to help if we had more to go on.

And PS typing in all caps is 'yelling' in computer-ese. Don't yell at people you want help from.
