One would imagine that anyone with OCD would do proper research
(NOT automatically believing the company line);
and then, OF COURSE,
NOT buying the product!

How is Ozone Harmful?

The same chemical properties that allow high concentrations of ozone to react with organic material outside the body give it the ability to react with similar organic material that makes up the body, and potentially cause harmful health consequences. When inhaled, ozone can damage the lungs. Relatively low amounts can cause chest pain, coughing, shortness of breath and throat irritation. Ozone may also worsen chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and compromise the ability of the body to fight respiratory infections. People vary widely in their susceptibility to ozone. Healthy people, as well as those with respiratory difficulty, can experience breathing problems when exposed to ozone. Exercise during exposure to ozone causes a greater amount of ozone to be inhaled, and increases the risk of harmful respiratory effects. Recovery from the harmful effects can occur following short-term exposure to low levels of ozone, but health effects may become more damaging and recovery less certain at higher levels or from longer exposures (US EPA, 1996a, 1996b).

Ozone and Your Health (PDF) (2 pp, 2.5 MB, About PDF)

Manufacturers and vendors of ozone devices often use misleading terms to describe ozone. Terms such as "energized oxygen" or "pure air" suggest that ozone is a healthy kind of oxygen. Ozone is a toxic gas with vastly different chemical and toxicological properties from oxygen. Several federal agencies have established health standards or recommendations to limit human exposure to ozone. These exposure limits are summarized in Table 1.
The question is why would you knowingly do this to yourself? Create an environment full of something that is known to cause lung irritation then breath thru it ALL nite long? Anyone?
=======

ozone is short lived and dissapates very quickly

there will be no ozone in what you breathe
I think the world is extremely grateful you don't work anywhere any more esp the epa or the like.

Why not get all your friends to but So No Cleans, you could all run them open 24/7 and do something useful with them, like repair the Ozone layer, helping the Earth.

Other than the fact the machine doesn't really do anything. Jim

our air is plenty clean enough. removing another part per trillion of something at a cost of billions of dollars is stupid and wasteful.
they are way past the point of dimishing returns in everything they try to regulate
but that is what bureaucrats do.

THEY VIOLATE THE FUNDAMENTAL LAW OF SYSTEMS and cause great harm by doing that

by trying to achieve perfection in their little sphere of influence they wreak havoc on other parts of the economy
the money they waste would be better used paying off the debt or being used on real problems
So now you are the economist.
I know what the problem is now - YOU are all right it is the world that is ALL Wrong.
I'm pretty sure that ozone is also carcinogenic too.

Then why are we trying to save it, we should send the Politicians and World Bankers up to the layer, and let them breath it, they could take their XPAP's with them for a really good cleaning.

Trading Ozone credits is a scam, it allows pollution to be even worse than if let alone, just a get rich scheme for Corp's, Bankers, and Politicians, to siphon more money out of workers. Jim

So you don't think any of this ozone leaks into the room air where/when it is used? None lingers in the cpap? How do you know this?

i dont see 350 worth of value even 300 if they throw in the adapter for 'free'
Other than the waste of the germ laden money you are scammed out of, the waste of time and money to use it, and creating another landfill to dump it into. Jim

My XPAP is 12 years old, still working every night, how many of yours went into the trash in 12 years, IF you ever used one period. Jim

he COULD NOT use them for very long - they got dirty after the 3rd day and he had to wait until the next new mask arrived.

... if you ever find a self-titrating and self-cleaning CPAP-Device / mask please let all of us know.

and just by the way: if china would cut their CO2-pollution they would get the same climate change the rest of the world experienced in the last 5 decades in just 1 decade. their huge CO2-bubble is the only thing that shields them from global-warming. (and the first country to fall, if the chinese economy struggles is the USA!)

nonsense

why does it matter what machine they used to test it ?
It doesn't matter; nor did I imply that it does.
I have already explained the reasons as to why the "review" is essentially worthless.
====

the review is not worthless
no evidence of that has been provided at all

as noted later

One day a group of scientists united and decided that man had come a long way, and no longer needed God. They picked one scientist to go and tell Him that they were done with Him.
The scientist walked up to God and informed him that, "God, we've decided that we no longer need You. We're to the point that we can clone people, and do many miraculous things, so why don't You just go on and get lost."
God listened patiently and kindly to the scientist and, after the man was done talking, God answered, "Very well! How about this? Let's have a man-making contest."
The man replied, "OK, great!"
But God added, "Now we're going to do this just like I did, back in the old days with Adam."
The scientist replied, "Sure, no problem," and bent down to grab himself a handful of dirt.
God just looked at him and remarked, "No, no, no. You go get your own dirt! I CREATED that dirt!"
