ResMed AirSense 10 Auto - bargain price on CL?

FYI: today I saw a ResMed AirSense 10 Auto listed on Craigslist that, if info is accurate, may be a bargain. The item is listed as being in Clermont, FL (25 miles W of Orlando and 25 miles S of Leesburg, FL) - the seller says it was used for only about a week and he "didn't like it." I have looked at CL in various cities and am amazed at the number of these being sold for $250-350...some advertised as brand new in the box. Ask the seller for the run hours and maybe a pictures. If possible try to talk to the seller on the phone.

The same person has quite a few for sale on offerup. Not sure where they are getting all these machines
