Great Service from Cooper Medical Supplies

Just wanted to mention what great service I received from Kevin at Cooper Medical Supplies. Before purchasing, I had multiple questions. He called, but left a short message when I didn't answer. He then followed up with a long and detailed email, which was wonderful. This was all before I purchased anything. Between what he shared and some help here on the forum (thanks Pugsy!), I bought the CMS-50F recording pulse ox. Arrived fast. Except for the one question about the charging light, I had no problems setting it up or getting it to upload into its software and into SH. People so often complain when things don't go right--me included--I like to also point out when things go exceptionally well! Thanks, Kevin!

Excellent news! I wish I had contacted him when I bought my last monitor. I like mine, but I almost wish I had stuck with the 50F! Maybe next time!!
