IPAP =Inhalation positive air pressure which is used in Bipap along with EPAP.

As Curt said, IPAP and EPAP are two separate pressure settings in bi-level machines. Inhalation (IPAP) and Exhalation (EPAP, which is set lower than the inhalation pressure.)
