To make a long story short could I have been misdiagnosed with sleep apnea? My events per hour on my sleep report (resmed airsense 10) show either 0.2 events per hour or 0.1 events per hour but last night it showed 0.0 events per hour. I usually use it 5 hours a night.
My sleep study went horrible and I was thinking that with everything I went through that night no human could of possibly slept well. So could I have been missed diagnosed? I'm sure I'm leaving a lot of important factors out of my story so feel free to ask any questions. Thank you in advance for the help.

very unlikely you could be misdiagnosed as having OSA unless your doctor used a ouija board
Some doctors, use a version of the Hat Trick, mostly that's how they determine the treatment pressure. they put numbers 4 to 20 in the hat and have their nurse draw the number out as needed. Jim

Get a copy of your sleep study summary. It's usually one or two pages. Keep it in your permanent files.

The machines working, it's showing that u were titrated correctly because whatever pressure the machine is set at you're not even stopping breathing one time per hour. You have OSA. Use the machine 5 hours a night for 6 nights a week and u won't ever run into an issue where they will not renew your dot license
