the better oximiter choice for overnight

I find the cms50f that goes on the wrist works better for me. It also works with sleepyhead.

The 50D works with Sleepyhead as well. Neither fingertip sensor is painful to me, so I don't get that.

the 50D+ works, the 50D doesn't have any recording ability.

I prefer the wrist oximeter with the fingertip sensor but obviously everyone has their preference. Not having to mess with batteries is nice as well, although I do agree that the option to change the battery is nice since with the 50F if the battery goes bad, I assume you're just SOL.

I haven't opened it up, but it does have screws and I would guess you would swap out the rechargeable cell.

maybe you have small hands

mine are average and the sensor hurt

the 50D is a lot different from the 50F

i think that model might work for me if i could actually get data into the pc

IF, in fact, you are using something like Windows 98 (or something as old) that might explain your problem. I don't think these things are designed to work on those old operating systems. Just a guess on my part.
