Much of what comes out of the NIH, makes me wonder---who is telling them what to say?

I see your stupid posts. You are caught many times depending on the federal government. Libtard!xxyzx wrote:i do not depend on the govt for anything

you know, Granny... you owe an apology to every liberal out there... that's just about the nastiest thing you could say about them.ChicagoGranny wrote:There you go again. Sticking to the original topic ...
I find that during certain times of the year (and this is one of them), I need to use Nasacort which is an over-the-counter steroid spray. I don't like the idea of using steroids long term so I try to limit my use.
Does anyone have any info (previous discussions?) about which OTC spray works best? Which is safest?

Re: allergies and apnea
So, here in the middle, and ducking flying objects, let me say simply that it's my observation that seasonal pollen allergies do worsen OSA to a significant degree. (I have over 10 years of personal observations to support this.)
And, now, following 6 months of steadily increasing doses of allergy immunotherapy shots, I just arrived at my maintenance dose, and yes I notice a difference in both my day and nighttime breathing. (Interestingly, my voice is stronger as well.)
Allergy shots for apneic patients?
... A good thing.
Kind regards, all -- Capt Midnight

Re: allergies and apnea
Well, just a thought, maybe I am allergic to CPAP
My suggestion to allergies to pollen is to help out a farmer make hay just one day. This is amazingly effectif for me. After that day I am dead for a few days. Every where it is itching eyes swollen, very hard to breath, and than after a week no more problem for the rest of the year. I think what is most important is to wear shorts and tshirts as the tiny scratches of the grasses on the skin is having their impacts for the allergic reaction and help to cure it for the year.
