Help plz

I purchased my CPAP Fisher & Paykel Icon+ in the US but am living in South Koera.
I realized the same model imported in Korea has difference settings and menu.
On my menu smily face is always shown which Korean models don't have.

What does this do and mean?

Here is the url for the english version of the manual. http://www.directhomemedical.com/machin ... manual.pdf. On page A7 it says: "NOTE: A (smiley face) symbol will appear on the Home Screen when the Sleep
Data is within the compliance requirements. Once CMS requirements
are met, the data within the CMS sub-menu will stop logging."

CMS is Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, an American government health assistance program.
