Yep, I'll take it as life education fee... good thing it cost me less than 4 dozens of Krispy Kreme donuts.
Lay off them too, you should see how they raise my blood sugar. Jim

Tonight, I left off Applie Pie, and Ice Cream, be strong!
Hehehe, thanks my friend
It's very nice and soothing to read your response.

Don't worry, I was just trying to be funny, I rarely eat donuts. I ate salad most of the time
I'll never eat Salads, so I'll eat your share of donuts, you can have my salads. Deal!

My Idea of salad isn't healthy, get big plate, add 1 piece of lettuce, add bacon bits, ham, cheeze, green olives, build a mointain until it starts falling off the plate, drown in French Dressing..... The Donut would be healthier. BTW: I leave the lettuce on the plate.... Jim

All you know is that the people who update the addresses don't respond to you. My feeling is that if Airing is such a great invention, wouldn't established medical suppliers want to get involved in production. I got a feeling it is not ready to be a working piece of equipment. They have a good idea, but not a working model.?

I am one who joined the Indigogo campaign. I receive pretty regular updates via email from Airing. I view it as kind of a gamble, but you never know. It is better then putting the $ into a slot machine, I may actually get something in the end besides flashy, blinkly lights.

If you alt arms with the slot machine it might build them up, loose enough you might look like Popeye Jim

That place went out of business, we ate too much, I guess. It was a local steak house, Ponderosa Steak House. I haven't had a salad in 15 years.

I'd say, statistically, slots are a better gamble.

it appears they have already been selling the product elsewhere (SleepRite MicroCPAP and the MiCPAP). You can find them on YouTube (they run the same video for the product and it is the same "inventor" from the Indiegogo Campaign) and links elsewhere (I got a sponsored link on Facebook to the SleepRite Facebook page). There are no videos of it working or any online reviews. I am a Respiratory Therapist who was once an engineering major. When I first saw this on Indiegogo, I immediately had very strong doubts. If you have ever worn CPAP, you know what the mask pressure is. The likelihood such a small device could generate it is impossible (maintain it for eight hours on a hearing aid battery?). That they provided no lab data or video demonstrating a working prototype was even more telling.

You actually do not need an engineering background to realize the whole scheme was
BOGUS --just common sense.

Doesn't appear to even have a battery (even a tiny one unless I missed it) I did google SleepRite MicroCPAP just to see what it looks like and it's dirt cheap at some websites.
To me it looks like the only way it might do anything for snoring (much less OSA) would be that it might act like the Provent stuff that worked by doing the back pressure PEP thing.

If I had an overnight pulse ox I might try it one night to see if it helped or not because my oxygen levels went to the low 70s...which should be a fairly good gauge.
If I had a pulse ox and tested this little wonder gadget while wearing the pulse ox I would at least have an idea what happens to the oxygen levels.

I don't want to try it bad enough to go purchase a recording pulse ox though. I had one and sold it and don't really want or need another one.

How do you propose to keep it from popping out of your nostrils? Staple it in?

You'll need acetone to remove the superglue. That could be interesting.

Staples, you just use a staple remover.

Fairly certain I would have to be "restrained" . . .
I don't really roll that way.

Yeah I saw that the other day.
They are available all over the place but of course don't have any sort of way to generate pressure.

and look at those nasal inserts..they are like the prong mask...they have to go up inside the nostrils totally to have any chance of staying in place and even then I don't know how well they will stay.

I wonder if there is any resistance at all with these things ...like with the Provent things?

Anyone know if there is an PEP resistance using the el cheapo anti snoring thing???
I am not sure I want to waste $7 just to see and feel one.
