Encore Pro Error Code "Subscript out of range"

Post by ZPAP » Fri Dec 01, 2006 10:30 am

All of sudden, I've been getting the error code "Error 1 - Subscript out of range" after downloading data from the SmartCard in Encore Pro (v.1.6.22, database v.11.9).

The data downloads fine -- the only problem is that page 4 of the detailed report (Sleep Therapy Daily Details) does not display at all.

Does anybody have any idea what's causing this? I have 12 days of data on the card -- does this matter?

Thanks for your help!

Michael

Michael,

I read your other post and it confirmed my suspicion.....you switched to APAP mode. This has happened to me when I switch from CPAP to APAP......same error. You're fine.....just gives some screwy looking charts.

"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

Den,

Does it drop your page 4 charts as well? Is the answer to delete the data on the card once (or before) I switch modes?

The data is all there for the "mixed" download. You can report the full details for the apap days in the download by limiting your date selection to only the apap days. Similarly, if you select only the cpap days, you'll get full details for only those days. Unfortunately, you have to know which days are which or, alternatively, just do a selection for each individual day.

Makes no sense, but at least the info is still there.

Michael,

I think greyhound answered most of that.
In my experiment, I started with a "clean" card but the "error" occurs in Encore Pro when the data from the two modes gets mixed. "Why?", I don't know. I initially thought it might be my older (1.4.99) version of EP, but apparently not since you have 1.6.

If you want to see the message in the log, go to:
C:\Program Files\Respironics\Encore Pro
There's an "Errors.log" in there that you can open with a text editor like notepad or wordpad.

Best wishes,

Den
