I, too, am exclusively having hypopneas. I had only 2% REM sleep in my 5 hours of sleep during my study with 77 hypopneas and an O2 low of 76%. Tonight, I went for my titration and with a pressure of 8, I had NO hypopneas, lots of REM sleep, and my O2 remained normal...according to the tech. I have been fighting extreme fatigue and progressively worse sleep for the last 13 years. I now have the tools to reverse this and get back to a normal life of rest, energy, and focused thinking. Just after the few hours of good sleep in a less than ideal setting tonight, I think I would fight anyone who would suggest my condition didn't warrant therapy!

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
