Hello, new to the forum. I have been using CPAP machine, Resmed Air Sense 10 for Her, and Full Face Mask AirFit F10 since May 2015. Life was wonderful with therapy! Unfortunately, November 2016, I started to develop a skin rash. Nothing in my facial, mask and machine cleaning procedure changed. I was treated by primary Dr. for impetigo, treated with mupiricin and mostly went away. Rash reappeared, beneath nose, didn't reach lip, on nostril as well. I self medicated with antifungal as I was concerned maybe the humidity of my mask was the cause, found not to improve. Visited Dermatologist multiple visits, Desonide topical steroid ointment prescribed, worked some but now this rash is back with a vengeance. Back to primary Dr. (Felt the Derma wasn't listening to me) and now being treated for Perioral Dermatitis, prescribed Metronidazole topical gel and Doxycycline oral antibiotic. Rash continuing to grow, only been on gel 4-5 days and antibiotic for 2 days.
Has anyone else experienced such a rash with full face mask? I am in sales and very concerned about my facial appearance as it is incredibly noticable. Any help would mean the world to me, thank you in advance!

Go to Padacheek.com and look at their 'liners'.

So, I used a cotton t-shirt, cut to size, and found that I wasn't getting a good seal with it and discontinued use.
If others have had facial rash issues, I wonder is it linked to irritation from the mask or because of the area being moist (from CPAP humidifier)?

Thank you, xxyzx, I have definitely changed mask multiple times since this started in November, 2016. I didn't notice any change in the rash with mask change.
Last time I went to Dermatologist, she wanted to start patch testing for allergies. I decided to forgo that for the time being, and went back to Primary to specifically treat this as Perioral Dermatitis.

If you're not finding these treatments effective you might consider a visit an Infectious Disease specialist for this.

I would suspect stress. Sales was a very stressful job for me.
When I was in sales, my complexion was horrible.
Also consider a food allergy--they can just show up any time in your life.
An acquaintance was being treated (unsuccessfully) for rosacea.
By accident, he discovered he had become sensitive to dairy!
