Have your doctor write the script for the SPECIFIC machine and SPECIFIC humidifier, etc.

Tell them you want what your doctor prescribed Respironics with cflex.
If they balk call your insurance company and complain that the dme is not honoring your script. I would consider calling someone with your state government if they don't fill your script as written.
Hold tight, be prepared to hand it back to them and tell them you are going to work with another dme.
First call your insurance and get a list of acceptable DMEs. Maybe your insurance company even has a customer advocate or something like that that will call the DME on your behalf.
IF you don't want it, don't let them buy it.
