I have trouble in the early AM getting back to sleep after "my bathroom break". I bought a CD called Delta Sleep System and by night 2 I was getting 8+ hours; getting back to sleep and staying asleep longer by night 4. Anyone else try this method to stay asleep longer? I just turned it on when I was going to bed, and turned it on about 4AM again. It says it's ambient sound frequencies, It also helped the 1st night falling asleep...it was very soothing and rhythm like.
I have several of Dr. Thompson's CD's they are great, even have one loaded on my ipod, yes they do seem to help, there are a ton of them at Barnes & Noble stores, you can sample and listen to them if you want (just don't fall asleep with the headphones on, my B&N has a Starbucks inside so you can listen to it longer).

I think those that have RLS or PLMD should also try this maybe it would put them in a deeper sleep where their limbs would stop moving.

There is no relationship between dreaming and therapy. Hoping there is a relationship is wishful "dreaming."

I think your dream data may have been comprimised.

However, you did not say what kind of therapy ... so you have insured yourself a correct statement ... I guess you were referring to water boarding therapy ... similar to untreated OSA.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
