You should be able to get the .NET 2.0 framework via Windows Update at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

or directly at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

I had done that but apparently you need this patch of 2.0.50727 to make it work. But it's working now!

That doesn't supprise me since those data are pulled from a different table in the database. I need someone to send me an export of their patient file who is having this problem and I will try to fix it.

If you tell me how to do it, I'll send mine.

In Encore Pro select the 'Export Patient' feature. This will create an XML file. Zip up this file to save space and then email it to me.

It appears that I may have this missing chart problem solved (at least for some machines). Please download the 0.5 version and try it again.

Cheers, -james

Hi James. I decided to try your program, even though MyEncore works fine for me, because I wanted to help out with your development of this new program. Unfortunately, it's not working for me. I installed the .NET framework v. 2.0, but the program still doesn't work. When I launch it, it crashes immediately. Here is the error I get:

(I don't know why "System Info" says I have Windows NT...I have XP SP2).

Perhaps my version of EncorePro (version 1.4.99) either doesn't play well with your software, or with the .NET v. 2.0 Framework?

EncorePro is still working for me (I checked, just to make sure, not knowing what effect installing the v. 2.0 Framework would have on my version of EncorePro).

I did create a manual system restore point before beginning (I recommend this to ANYONE about to install new software!) so if worst comes to worst, I can always go back and start over.
Machine: M-Series Auto
Mask: Headrest
No humidifier
On the hose since 2005.

Jim:
I have ver 5 working great after uninstalling ver 1.1 of .net framework and installing ver 2.0. It has beautiful graphs. Gets me all the info Possible from this machine. The pressure chart is a little hard to use for my cpap. It uses the baseline for my 10 pressure. Guess it really doesnt matter but I thought it was an empty chart. I get the Variable breathing and all. I thank you too much.

PS used Picasa2 and printed the charts out 6 per page and looks very professional......

I have tried to e-mail the patient file. I hope you get it.

Encore Pro Analyzer

Post by rdhorn » Thu Nov 09, 2006 5:32 pm

I have updated to the newest version of 0.5a and still can not get any graphs. 2.0 .NET is installed on Windows XP SP2 and Encore Pro 1.6i.

Also, the dates at the bottom of the graphs are for Dec. 28th. Does anyone have any suggestions? I currently use the REMStar Plus M Series.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Robert

Sorry for your problems. I suspect that the version of EncorePro you are using is the problem. I have only tested with 1.6.22. Since MyEncore works I'm a bit puzzled... It does appear to be a database access problem from the error messages that you posted. maybe .NET 2.0 Framework has problems talking to that version of the SQL database?

Can you send me a screen shot of this problem so that I can see the problem?

Good point Jim! Good thing I hadn't got around to spending to much time yet trying to debug that problem

Yeah with the Plus you'll only get compliance I believe.
