Snoredog said,
If you don't set a AutoRamp range and set it to the same Min. 8.0cm pressure then it delays therapy response until the Ramp timer expires.
Dog,
Do I understand this correctly?
With AutoRamp "on", Min=8cm and Max=8cm, RampTime=45 minutes
then there would be NO autotitration for 45 minutes?
Those are kind of odd settings but it would seem to be important information to be aware of, re. titration graphs etc.
Or am I way out there in space?

POOPKNOT, I THINK YOU ARE SPOT ON. IT WILL TAKE 45MIN FOR THE RAMP TO MEET THE SET LOWER NUMBER SO I DON'T THINK THE AUTO FUNCTION KICKS IN UNTIL THEN.

I think it has pretty much been covered. I will add that I am not comfortable at less than 6.5 or so. So obviously I am in the camp that says your min pressure is too low, and ramping below 5 or 6 is too low too.
You didn't mention (maybe you did in a previous post) what your titrated pressure is. Can't really comment on the top of the range without knowing that.
Great that you got your machine before the insurance change.
