forum email notification

I have email notification enabled to follow topics and to notify me of new pm's but I have noticed that it has been taking 9 hours for the emails to arrive from the time I get the pm, anyone else having this problem? All my other emails come in fine.

No, all of mine come in within a few minutes. I have my (Netscape) e-mail program set to check for new mail every three minutes.
