Anyone need a Comfort Classic M?

Post by IORHHI » Mon Oct 23, 2006 3:57 pm

They shipped me the wrong mask three weeks ago, and I opened it before discovering it. It can't be returned, and hasn't been worn except for being held to my face.
Yawl can have it for $10 (covers box and postage).

Barbara

It is nice of you to offer the mask to someone else.

I hope that since you were shipped the wrong mask, that they are not charging you for it and you can still get the one you ordered. It is normal to open the package you got without reading it.

Sorry crew, I was away for most of the day yesterday, but I did find a couple takers for the mask, and we're working it out, now.
They shipped me without charge a replacement CCsmall, what the doc prescribed, because it was what was used in my sleep study. Hey, presto, no fittings required, and if it doesn't work, (which it didn't), oh, too bad.
If you look through my posts for the last couple weeks, you'll see I'm researching different ff masks. And trying them out.
(they don't believe in fittings at my hospital sleep center because stocking the masks costs too much)
(what!? and cut into my yacht payments??)
Anyway, great forum and I'm learning a lot.
