Neverbetter Thank you for the good description and the differences between the Nasal AIr I and Nasal Air II. Also thanks fo the start tip.

Was it the Nasal Air I or II that you wore for a long time?

I'm sure you can get at least 3 sizes at once on CPAP.com for the price of one.I really, really loved the Nasalaire One. The prongs were firmer and harder. The nasalaire II is a little too soft for me.So soft that it almost inflated in my nose. You can always get those sizeing stars free from Innomedinc.com
just make sure you know that Nasalaire one and nasalaire II are not exactly the same in sizes. Nasalaire one is the firmer of the two prongs. And yes, clip off the nobs on the inside of Co2 ports and Nasalaire One becomes silent (and It's cheaper). Dont know if it comes in 3 sizes.
I can do this, I will do this.

My disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever worked in the health care field Just my personal opinions.

I've worn both. I wore the Nasal-aire II much longer because they kept sending me replacement cannulas.
It's a great little mask. The thing is, when I first switched I needed some water based gel to put in my nose the first few nights to open the super soft cannula in my nose where the nasal-aire one just opened and sealed nicely.
I fixed the noise problem from something I read on TSA and it worked like a charm. It said to go inside the cannula and clip off the little hill or nob around the hole. I shaved both off and the device became almost silent. The last time I was sent a nasal-aire II the headstraps were much nicer, too. This is a great product to wear on top of the head, too. I miss that with the Hybrid.
