ComfortFull Mask making clicking sound

I am up early (on the West coast) because my mask is making a strange sound and woke me up. It has happened twice this week.

I have a Respironics ComfortFull FF mask. It is making a sound like a float would when it is lifted and closed. I've looked in the mask and see that it has a rubber flap that opens and closes I believe as I inhale and exhale, but because that is soft rubber and not hard plastic, I don't think that is where the sound is coming from.

The noise is so loud it even woke up my wife and is kind of like a click.

Does anyone know what that sound is and how to correct it? It may have something to do with all the rainout. Any other recommendations on FF masks would be helpfull too, for I don't find this mask that comfortable.
