Now I know that manual was here somewhere..

Hi, all. Haven't been on in a bit. Hope you are all well. I got a question for ya tho. I recently moved, am on my third CPAP machine in 6 months (mostly due to insurance *limits*) but a friend finally bought one online for me!!! Now I own the machine. Now when I was titrated it was at 13, the doctor in the state I was seeing before lowered it a bit and we were trying to find a happy medium between 11 and 13. I think 11 is not working, but that is what the folks that sent me the machine set it at for me. Now I know I saw somewhere, a manual showing you how to adjust it yourself. I feel fairly safe doing this as I know this is what my Doctor was trying to do for me. I have a REMstar plus w/heated humidifier. Anybody help me out here? Thanks! 13 was blowing me away but 11 just isn't helping enough!

I just moved back in with family and still looking for a job and some relief of my always sleepiness. Gonna find a new doctor/ home health place as soon as I have the cash and hopefully insurance for that. Your help is appreciated in the meantime.

Hold down the two arrow buttons as you are plugging it in and then toggle through the options.
