Keep trying tbone. They are very useful instruments. It's the only device I know of that tells you the effects of sleep apnea - AHI, snore index and so on are only indications that the therapy is working. SPO2 results through the oximeter quantify the effectiveness of oxygen delivery to the vital organs.
