Do you use a humidifier?

I would try rinsing your nose with a saline rinse, most likely it is allergies causing the bleeding. CPAP is probably irritating it.

Make sure you are using a heated humdifier with the cpap. You do have one right?

Sounds like the air is drying to your mucus membranes. Make sure you use a humidifier and the saline spray will be good to moisturize your nares.

Suffle-Nose,

Sorry to hear about the bloody nose, was it a lot of blood or a bit of dried up blood?

Were you using any sprays or anything in your nose. Example, Flonase would make my nose to bleed, switched to a different brand and the problem stopped. (That was years ago.)
I can do this, I will do this.

My disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever worked in the health care field Just my personal opinions.

Because I'm on blood thinners, I have experienced this problem. Turning
up the humidifier solved the problem for me..

+ Aussie heated hose.
