HI ALL AM A NEW CPAP USER HAD IT FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND JUST FOUND THIS SITE. i HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS WHAT ARE ALL THESE NUMBERS YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT AND WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

Do you have a copy of your sleep study? Once you have that in hand let us know what it says and we'll tell you what the numbers mean.

If you had a machine that gave more than basic compliance and reporting, you could see how your nightly treatment is working for you. You'd get data on the number of apneas and hypopneas you're still having and then be able to adjust your pressure accordingly to maximize the benefit of CPAP therapy.
