When I started taping, everything was fine until I discovered that the cpap air, trpped behind the tape, was now ballooning in my cheeks! It would wake me up throughout the night! Really interupted my sleep! Finally, I had to resort to a chin strap to bind my cheeks and keep them from bellowing with air! My biggest complaint with such a system was being too hot, sometimes. Otherwise, this system worked well for over a 18 months!
Lucky for me that I was able to drop all of it when I found out that the Hybrid works great for me! Been using it for three months and am very satisfied!

Now get this: I do not recall any mouth leaking last night (doesn't mean it didn't happen) and my throat is not dry. Guess its something that can happen off and on. See, if I had the machine I wanted, I could detect these things.

when you use a sport mouth gaurd, are you not afraid of teaching your toungue to stay low.
Sport mouth gaurds can be heated and shaped/molded to you mouth. Also they can be cut if they are to long for your mouth. I can't remember if they come in different sizes.

I can do this, I will do this.
