This is an 8 yr old thread - please don't post these things as we've had trouble lately with trolls doing it for fun. BUT some people have had success in lowering the pressure used with Cpap after losing lots of weight. It's not guaranteed to happen by a long shot however, though certainly worth a try if you can do it and it's important to you... you're not likely though to actually get off Cpap just by losing some weight.
