nasal congestion with BiPap

I have experienced mild to moderate nasal congestion which clears after i get up in the morning. I am using a humidifier. It's worse some nights than others. I just recently got started again on my BiPAP (last three weeks). I had heard that as you adjust to the mask it will get better. Should I increase or decrease my humidity. I am currently on setting 2 of 5. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.?

Whenever I get a little stuffed up, I turn down the humidifier, on my BiPap.

Seems to dry me up.
