Apria being a PITA about purchase of the CPAP

Just got the EOB from my insurance. Apria charged and got $1335.00 for my machine and HH. Cpap.com has it listed for $689.00. For over $600.00 You would think they'd find time to return a phone call for supplies.

Sometimes the thing to remember is that **** flows downhill. If you start at the top and work your way down to the person you need to speak to they are more than happy to work with you to accomplish what needs to be done as soon as possible. That way all the bigwigs above them stay off their backs. . I have done that and it works like a charm.

Get This..... the branch manager called me personally to say that the rental to purchase conversion went through
