I try to avoid mirrors as much as possible, so I'm not sure if my nares are bigger. But I have noticed that my entire nose seems bigger. Maybe that's just something that happens to all old farts.

I've noticed the same in my mirror. Perspective is everything. Wife and kids say the nose size is unchanged but the head is shrinking. IQ has certainly dropped below 80.

I'm really in trouble. I started with large pillows. I don't have a size to go up to. Before too long, the entire optilife pillow will go up a nostril.

LOL Rooster and Pirateghost.
Yeah, me too about using the large pillows. I guess we might have to start stuffing the whole pillow up each nostril.............but I guess that means we'll have to have two headgears and 2 machines???
Maybe that's what a "bi-level" machine is for???

An instant CLASSIC!!!

Incidentally, after a year and a half of using the Breeze nasal pillows and over two years with the Headrest nasal pillows, I haven't noticed ANY change in my nostrils at all. Still look just the same as always:

If your nostrils are too small, take a tip from the "Sweat Hogs", "Up Your Nose with a Rubber Hose" Jim

Do you know why a gorilla has big nostrils?

It is because he has big fingers!

My kids always loved that joke.
