Last night was my second night on CPAP. The first night was not great, leaks, mask pressure, and was awake much of the night. After adjusting the CF2 mask (adjusting the bridge and loosening the straps) the leaks were fewer and I slept better last night. My face is still somewhat sore from the mask so I assume the adjustments are not quite correct. I was awoken several times snoring, is that common on CPAP? I was told by the sleep center that the snoring would stop. The pressure on my machine is set to 8 even though they said I was in the severe range.
I did notice that I dreamt a great deal last night

2nd night on CPAP
The pressure is not related to how severe apnea is.
DME lie: Snoring will stop on it's own, more pressure can stop snoring, but with software you can't be sure if it's safe to increase the pressure. Leaks promote snoring too.
Dreaming is good. Jim
