My Encore

Got my husband, previously dxed with OSA and using a dental appliance, to use a machine and mask. His Smart Card downloads his data to Encore Pro, but My Encore won't show his numbers. It just stays on the first day he used it. I tried to download a copy of My Encore for him, but the only options are repair or uninstall. Any advice for me?
