ANnother Encore Question

I have had Encore for about 4 months now and have printed out many reports. Today I printed some daily reports on "Hybrid days" to compare to "Flexifit 406 day". Two days came out in a different format. One report was a single day another was two consecutive days-but only the second day was in the odd format. Instead of the usual 0-8 scale it was 0 to 31 and the report was split with a blank section in the center. When I printed it out again it printed the way I'm used to seeing it-0 to 8. Did I change something unknowingly-I don't recall doing anything different in requesting the printout.
