I have used Encore Pro (and My Encore) for about 3 weeks. I love seeing my data. But, I have had several instances in which I find that I have "no daily event data" after I download my data into my computer. It does report my hours of compliance, so I know that the card is working. But, I get no analysis of AHI, etc. Can anybody tell me what is going on?
No Daily Event Data
John,
Once the data is downloaded the software clears the card.
Is it possible that you may be somehow running the software twice & wiping the data before you get to see it.
I am assuming that the card is going into the machine ok (shd give an error if not pushed home fully).
Beyond these obvious causes, can't think of any others.
Good luck

You probably are already be doing it this way, so this may or may not help:
After the download is finished, doubleclick the most recent "Sleep Therapy Compliance Download" in the list.
A Report Options window will pop up.
That's where you can choose "Summary" or "Full Details".
"Summary" is already selected by default. That's not what you want.
Click "Full Details".
When the "Report Viewer" comes up and the report has fully loaded into the viewer, don't use the scroll bar or the down-arrow key on your keyboard. Those will move up and down only on that first page.
Use the PageDown key or click the little green down-arrow at top of the page to move down through the pages until you get to page 4. That's where the detailed graphs and charts begin.
If you're doing all that and still seeing no detailed data showing up, I agree with dsm that it may be the card was not seated well in the machine's slot the night before.
A few people have reported they needed to pull the card back out veryyyyy slightly when they stuck it in the cpap machine. You should hear a single beep when you insert the card in the machine and it's in right. I think you'll also see (I'd have to use a magnifying glass! LOL!!) the word "card" in the LCD window if the card has been inserted properly.

Yes, I do select "Full Details" as the report option. Normally, it generates a 6 page report (for a single day). For each of the occasions when I seem to be missing data, it only generates a 5 page report. It does accurately reflect how long I slept, and I assume that means that the smart card was properly seated because it recorded my compliance data. But, it generates no further data, such as OSAs, AHI, etc. Maybe it wasn't properly seated in the machine; but, if that's the case, would it still record my compliance data on the card?

Yes, sounds like the card is properly seated or it wouldn't record anything for the night. I have no idea what's causing the problem.John Galt wrote:For each of the occasions when I seem to be missing data, it only generates a 5 page report.
