Hi all!!
Since I am newbie, I have been doing a lot of reading. Much to my surprise, the medical journal Chest, ranked 3rd among respiratory journals, apparently allows FREE access to much of it's archives (and one can read or download the full-text articles). For newer (pay-to-view) articles, abstracts are available.
It has a lot of interesting information on OSA research (as well as other respitory issues). Below, I've provided a link to search Chest's archives as well as links to some articles I found interesting.
Archive (Keyword) Search: Below is a link to a keyword search of the journal for the search term "Obstructive Sleep Apnea." There are over 4000 matches. In the "Quick Search" box at the top of the page, you can change the keywords in the search to improve the results. I also suggest entering different years for the search.
