Encore Pro- No more daily sleep data

Has anyone encountered this before? I have had Encore Pro and My Encore installed since Feb '06, never had any installation issues or anything and no problems retrieving the data. I put the card backin my machine and hear the "beep" and can see the icon for the card on the screen. I go to download data as usual but for the past 5 days, after it asks me "erase data" which I always click on NO, it starts to bring up the data then a big Encore Pro error box pops up asking me "Encore Pro encountered problem" type in box what you were doing and hit continue"

Then the report pops up on the screen with the longterm trend, but the DAILY SLEEP DATA ( with all the tick marks under the differnet categories) is missing.

I unistalled Encore Pro and installed it again, but still same thing is happenieng. "My encore" seems to still be working fine.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

There is a window that comes up that gives you the opportunity to check the box that you want "full details." Are you clicking on that box?

Yes, Linda thanks. I always check that box off. but the problem is happening before that box comes up. A big "Encore Pro" error box pops up saying a problem has been encountered and please type what you were trying to do in the box and hit continue. Then the box comes up where you checkoff whether you want summary or full details. but even checkingoff full details like i always have done for months, I don't get daily details anymore

it seems like a software bug but since I got the software off the site for free perhaps its time to open the wallet and just buy the real deal. its just weird that for 9 months i used it no problems at all, til now.
