high tech neti

Post by snork1 » Thu Dec 28, 2006 6:02 pm

you can also use the "blue squeeze bulb" that you can find in any drugstore, if you want to go "high tech", which is what I use. I believe the Neti Pot was invented before they had materials for making squeeze bulbs.

Pretty much the same technique otherwise.

I just do a simple flush. I am not sure I want to know what stage 2 and 3 are......shuddddder....

I love this forum. I forgot my old login, so I re-registered.

Anyway - I think I need a neti pot.

A much easier system than the neti pot is the SINUS. RINSE from NEILMED. It comes with the premeasured saline packets that you mix in a plastic bottle. it is very easy to use. My granddaughter has been using it by herself since she was 5.

You can find the Sinus Rinse by NeilMed at most drugstores. We buy ours at Walgreen's or Long's.
