8 h ours for the first time!

Post by quilterB » Mon Sep 04, 2006 10:24 am

I slept eight hours last night for the first time since being on cpap for almost 4 months! It was 7 hours the night before. Both nights I only woke once. I hope this means I have turned a corner in my treatment. Still not seeing a difference in the way I feel but I am hopeful. My software will be here in a couple of days and I am very excited to see some numbers after all this time. Thanks again for the support here.

Congratulations, Linda!

It can definitely take awhile to feel the effects of this therapy.

The only time I can get that much sleep is on the weekends....and usually do, at least one or both nights.....otherwise it's usually about 6 to 6 1/2 hrs. (which is not quite enough).

Best wishes,

Thanks everyone. I will let you know how my experience goes with the software. Thankfully my son-in-law will be here tomorrow to help me if I experience difficulty with the program.
