Maybe your browser search found this very old thread because you were looking for shallow breathing/CPAP. A person cannot tell whether their breathing while asleep is shallow or not. Instrumentation is needed to tell.

welcome to the zoo! if you could, please start your own thread so that people can help you specifically. it really makes a difference as each cpap user is unique and will therefor need advice geared towards them. what works for me may not work for thee.
