Yes, I bought my Respironics Auto Bipap and HH from them. Excellent service from Mike.....very, very helpful.

You can PM me for details.....

Note to Guest: This is an excellent example of why I am against letting guests post to threads. While this Guest may be the most honest person in the world, we have no way of knowing who you are sir/mam. You may be their competition taking a cheap shot at them or you may be a super honest consumer who did get a bad deal. Before you get all defensive and telling us you are this or that...register. It is free. Call yourself anything you like...but don't get upset if you have little or no credibility with the registered posters.

I stand by my statement, Mike could have charged me on a couple of items, but he didn't. It was my fault and the HH had to be shipped separate. He had told me a price and he was so honest about it, he paid for the shipping himself. And this Auto BiPAP and HH was cheaper than most DMEs can buy it for. So when you badmouth a merchant, please be courteous enough to give some details to support your allegations. this unit I bought was not stolen, it was not rebuilt, it was new. Not only did I get a heck of a bargain...but he could easily have reminded me that I had a great bargain, the HH was a higher price, to recoup some of his money. He did not. That type of service deserves a pat on the back. PLEASE register and support your statement to be fair to that company.

I may be a guest, but you need not trust what I say. Look at the main page of the website. It makes a disparaging remark about his competition. It says "We are the only CPAP and respiratory equipment web site with a Licensed, Registered Respiratory Therapist involved in ALL transactions. (Licenses produced upon request)."

A bold statement. How does he know? It is not true. An honest company would not say such a thing unless they knew it was true and checked at least weekly to see if it was still true. Draw your own conclusions.

Guest99,
Sir, if that is all you have against these people, it seems a stretch to me to tell someone not to deal with them, but it is a free country. Thank you for providing the basis of your displeasure with them.

You and I can agree to disagree and hopefully stay friendly on other issues.

Or, as an old college professor said: Some of my friends agree, some of my friends disagree and I don't like to disagree with my friends. With that he turned and walked off.

Take care...
