Hi, I haven't been on in awhile!

Hi to all of you,

All is well with me. I haven't been on in awhile - just needed to back off the obsession and just live with the cpap. And I have! It's me and the 420s and the CL-2 every night, and it is routine and good. I was recently in the NY area during the terrible August heat wave, and I actually got rainout without even having a humidifier attached! Now if that's not a heat wave, what is?

Well, just wanted to check in,
6 months of cpap.... where did time go? I must have slept through it...

AII

Hello,
I know what you mean about living with CPAP in our lives. Sometimes you just have to live, and the CPAP helps that.

The same old crew is in and out and of course you have the newbies.

Have you seen the new power over Spam that Johnny has endowed us with?
We can zap them ourselves now.

Well I wish you the best, and hang around, things are liable to get interesting.

Take care.

To the O.P. Are you really in Israel. If so, I hope you and the people you care about came through the recent events okay. Must be hard to get a good nights sleep under those conditions. If not there, great. Still what a mess. This is not meant to be a political message, just concern for one of our members.

Yes, I am really over here in Israel. Though I was in the NY area for three weeks this summer, during the crisis. It was a relief to get away from Israel for a bit. Were we live wasn't in any danger. However, we had a housefull of guests, "refugees" from their more Northern homes. We hope things will be more peacefull now, though the feeling is more that this is a calm between the storms...

Thanks for you interest,
This really is a supportive community!

That is good AII. I think it's hard for we Americans to understand the feelings of average people (on both sides) who get caught in the middle of things like this. I really wish that (again not trying to make a political statement) that everyone over there could find a way to peacefully co-exist. I'd love to see that part of the world some day but it's just not feasible anytime soon. The whole region has so much to offer as far as culture, history, traditions etc. I persoanlly wish the best to you and your family through this crisis.

Other than that, how are you sleeping?
