Setting of Time of my 420E

Hi!
Can some tell me how to set the clock of my Puritan Bennett 420E.

Hi,
I have found the easiest way to set it is on the computer, using the silverlining software. There is a symbol for clock and you go there and change the time...
Sorry I am not being more specific, I am not at home to check exactly what the program says, but if I was able to figure it out, it must have been pretty obvious!

The information for setting the time is on page 16 of the patient manual for the 420e.
